Only in fanfiction do Kopa and Vitani have cub(s). Their names are highly dependent on the fanfiction writer's choice. In the films, they do not have any cub(s) since Kopa does not exist in The Lion King movie universe as the filmmakers on the audio commentary stated the cub seen at the end of the first film was named "Fluffy", and was renamed Kiara in The Lion King II: Simba's Pride.

It was directly implied they met. Zira confirmed this when she stated Kovu was the last born before their exile (which took place after Scar died). Because of this statement, Scar had to have known about Vitani before he died, though she was an infant cub at the time.
