Officially they don't have any children because officially they have never even met, because officially they have never existed in each others' stories and universes. Disney has never spoken of Kopa for the movie universe and Vitani has never existed in the books wherein Kopa appears. For the movie universe on the first film's commentary track, Disney named the cub "Fluffy" and made no gender confirmation and then in the sequel film's official trailer they used "Fluffy" for baby Kiara and confirmed "Fluffy" as Kiara in a magazine interview. Therefore Kopa has never existed in Vitani's story in anything but fanfiction.
"Fluffy", Kiara and Vitani were created by Disney's own people, people who worked at the Walt Disney Company. Kopa was not. Kopa was created by Alex Simmons - an outsider children's book author who did not work at the company and the books were approved only by Disney's marketting device for children's amusement and their own profit. Approved by Disney's marketting device does not create Disney canon. Only the film makers can say what goes for their movie universe and they have completely ignored Kopa. In fact, one of the storyboard artists for the sequel film didn't know who Kopa was even in June 2011, as revealed in an interview done by Animation Source.
So, as said; Officially Kopa and Vitani have never existed in each others' stories, therefore they don't have children.
