Yes, college trusts were established for the children at the time of their birth.

Kate consistently says she does it for the kids, so it would seem reasonable that if money has not been deposited in the Pennsylvania state funds, and alternative has been established.

No. There are no requirements for the Gosselins to put aside money for their children.

Neither their contract with TLC, or the State of Pennsylvania compel them to set aside money for the children in any form.. as a trust, separate account or savings.

Kate Gosselin has stated that there are separate accounts for the children.

Do either Jon or Kate Gosselin work outside the home?

No, a few months before the 6 kids were born Jon was fired from his job in a carpentry shop. Since then they have made money off their 8 kids, they are paid up to $75,000 per episode in addition the Gosselins also collect income from books, personal appearances and endorsement. The Gosselins income stemming from their their multiple children has become their "work and income" has led to speculation they are exploiting their children. OpinionI can only hope that a decent portion is being set aside for the kids in a trust - since they are the ones bringing in the money - but I doubt it.And people wondered why Octumom thought having a ton of kids was her road to fame and fortune.

How do you deal with your disrespectful children?

You really need to discipline your children. You must spend more time with your children. A smack in the bottom always made me respect my parents and other people. You should get your children more involved in extracurricular activities that require lots of physical or mental abilities. This can make your children perfect.

Can an heir who is the trustee of his sister's special needs trust sue her trust to get money for another sibling who was written out of the will?

No. The heir has no right to the funds set aside in the special needs trust. A living donor set that trust up with their own property and the heir has no rights to that property whatsoever. The trust is not responsible in any way for a sibling who was disinherited. Parents are allowed to disinherit their adult children.
