Does a Matrix SR 1000 guitar tuner have a oscillation circuit and if so can minor stress to the unit damaged said circuit like a short fallor can I quit worrying this is ANALOG no A-440 adjustments?

The oscillator in the SR-1000 is "quartz" crystal controlled. Basically a quartz crystal is a chunk of rock carefully ground to a thickness that determines its frequency of oscillation. The frequency is nonadjustable, and won't be knocked out of tune by a bump.
The circuit may be damaged by a hard enough knock, but it won't be knocked out of tune.
