Currently in the manga most of the akatsuki members are dead and so far the only one fighting naruto is Pain but he is still losing so he might not be captured.

Unknown. there are only 3 members of the akatsuki; madara, kisame, and the plant dude whos name escapes me. I am not even sure if the akatsuki exists anymore, though, b/c madara has launched his mooneye plan.

∙ 14y agoyes naruto does defeat the akatsuki with the help of sauske that is when naruto and sauske also go all out Naruto goes full 9 tails and sauske goes into the 8 headed snake he is able to become after he absorbs orochimaru's essence.
