yes they do it is officially confirmed in the manga as to the series it is certend for sure 100% but in which episode i do not know but it will happen just not yet.to get full confermation go to Google.com type "ichigo and rukia kiss" you will see an actual manga strip in japenise meening the it will come out in the manga version (and its not a fake i have sent a copy to my fellow members and they confermed it came from the actual manga series) so there you now have the proof you've been waiting for.now all that is left is to wait for it in the anime series.p.s.make sure its Google image.
