You cant get the legendary birds you dooface!!!!!
Migrate the legendary birds to your game then catch them. Don't be intimidated by lame comments here.

u have to have got the national dex and talked to professor oak in Pal Park. then he will say he is in Eterna City. go to the house at the end where u didnt see anyone there before. oak's there and he'll tell u about articuno zapdos and moltres, the three legendary birds. then u can catch them. PS.u need to have completed the Sinnoh pokedex to get the national dex.

It is possible that he is just very nervous, but you will have to assume that if he was still interested in you he would at least have responded when you spoke to him.

There isn't a way to from my understanding. Its a Ford thing. My 99' Ranger 3.0 Manual does it too. I have talked to pros and they said it doesnt hurt anything. Try mid or top grade fuel if you want to stop to some degree.
