How do you clone a Pokemon on Pokemon platinum without action replay?

as far as i know,its impossible--you must buy an action replay or another cheat system if you want to CHEAT at the game. i mean,cloning isn't sumthin you can just do in the game--you need to cheat/hack your game to do that. however,if you end up buying an action replay,you can easily look up the code on Google. good places to find action replay codes are supercheats.com , neoseeker.com , YouTube.com , and of course codejunkies.com for the basic codes seeming its the official datel site. hope i helped and bye,from mebeabby!! You can't do that. You need Action Replay. If you do have it here is a code for ''Cloning Pokemon''......

Enter the PC, and -if it's not already in there- put in a box the Pokemon you wanna clone. Make sure you have at least one free slot. Now go in the 'Move Pokemon' menu, press A on the Pokemon you wanna move, so the list of choice appear, and then put the cursor on 'move' (it should be there by default), press 'Select+Start' while pressing A to take the Pokemon, and while the Pokemon is 'in your hand', press R and then L (to refresh the box) and voila : your Pokemon will be cloned (it'll be in the box, and in the hand) (fyi, not refreshing the box and dropping the Pokemon somewhere and trying to take the cloned Pokemon WILL crash the game). Now that the box has been refreshed you can drop the Pokemon anywhere, and repeat the process as much you want.

You cant in the ds games, but in the gamecube games (colleseum, xd) you can catch certain ones.
