In Pokemon Pearl, you can receive the Armor Fossils by mining in the Underground. In order to get to the Underground you will need an Explorer Kit. You can get one from the Underground Man who lives in the house next to the Pokemon Center. (Keep in mind, you can only use the Explorer Kit outside.)

∙ 12y agopretty simple. you just use your explorers kit. (if you don't have one go a house i don't know wich one but go to some house and someone will give you it) and once your underground start digging and eventually ul find 1. hope that helped!
Dude the explorer kit is given to you in a house next to the Pokemon center in the town with the dialga or palkia statue wich is the 2nd gym leader town

Sheildon is a Pearl only Pokemon. To get it you must go underground using the Explorer Kit. If you dig, you'll eventually find a fossil called Armor Fossil. If you go to the Mining museum in Oreburgh city the man at the counter will turn the fossil into a Sheildon for you.
