You really don't need a code to catch Manaphy.First, you have to start your DS, DS Lite, etc. If you haven't already, catch Mesprit. Acctualy you really need the whole legendary trio with you. Then you have to go to the resort area and fish with the super rod. IT ONLY WORKS IF YOU FISH 5 TIMES! So, if you fish in the pond at the resort area with the super rod 5 times in one spot, Manaphy's cry will sound. Then it will battle you.

You don't need action replay but, just catch all the legendary pokemon. (that you can possibly catch. Without action replay) So go to where the professor is go into his lab. Do the mission he asks you which is the Manaphy egg, get it then go back. If you have 2 D.S. you can bring the Manaphy egg to Diamond Pearl or platinum!!
