∙ 11y agosorry you cant catch a stunky in pearl, but you can trade from someone with the pokemon diamond game ( you need a caqble to connect the two ds's or if you trade on wifi than nothing to worry about )

How can you catch stunky?
Stunky is usually around Route 206 (right outside of Eterna City) underneath the bicycle path/bridge in Pokemon Diamond/Pearl/Platinum. Just walk around in the tall grass and you'll find one.
