Motorstorm (the original game) does not actually support offline multiplayer. In order to access online multiplayer simply select 'Online' in the main menu and fllow the on screen instructions. It will sometimes take a short time in order for the 'Online' button to be selectable after initially loading the main menu, but it should appear soon enough, providing you have access to the internet and are signed into PSN. Motorstorm: Pacific Rift supports 4 player offline racing.

∙ 13y agoWell,if you're talking about playing 2-player on storymode,sorry but you can't do that. It'd be really cool,though.You can get Xbox live for $50 a year and play online against lots and lots of players.That's a good deal...but the adapter you need is like $100,so save up!!
