How do you reset action replay for ds lite if you can't put any cheats on it?

u have to hold a and b when the ds is first comes on then when the legal screen comes up hold down start and select u should be holding those 4 buttons it should stay on the legal screen 4 about 15 seconds after u you should be able to put cheats on it if not try i again or email me at craigsean@Yahoo.com
