What is aizens bankai?
Aizen's Bankai has not been seen in the manga or anime as of yet. He probably won't use it because he has the power of the Hogyoku on his side. If he ever does, it'll be when he fights Ichigo in the real Karakura Town.

Is Gin Ichimaru from Bleach is a good guy?
Yes, gin dies. He is stabbed by aizen after his hand is ripped off. But he dies only after ichigo arrives at the scene. He sees the determination in ichigo's eyes and knows that he is capable of finishing aizen. This is the point at which ichimaru gin passes away.

My guess would be that something like that is impossible. Orihime is just reversing time on a body, reversing the wounds thus healing it. Arrancars were already Hollows that were made more powerful with the Hogyoku/Aizen so IF Inoue would do something like that then they would just revert to hollow. Orihime though doesn't have that much power to go that back in time, and when she performed her "healing" on Grimmjow she just brought his arm back.
Did Ichigo win against Aizen in Bleach?

However, Aizen stated that he didn't need the zankaputo to fight, which implies that had Urahara not stopped him with the Kido spell, Aizen would have been able to fight. This leaves the question of whether Ichigo truly disabled Aizen as 1)he did not hurt his body, due to the Hogyoku's regeneration abilities and 2)he was unable to stop Aizen's offensive attacks, despite destroying his zankaputo. The Hougyoku is the small thing that Aizen pulled out of Rukia. It was created by Urahara Kisuke and has a lot of power. It has the power to give hollows the power pf shinigami (soul reapers). Apparently if Aizen has control of ten Vasto Lords (strongest level of hollow, more powerful than captains) then Soul Society is done for. But when Orihime is captured, Aizen shows her the Hougyku and she decided that she'll use her power to destroy the Hougyku. Major Spoilers.
