Allah is the Arabic word for "God", so any religion that believes in God, believes in Allah, or Dieu (French), or Gott (German).
There are thousands of religions and religious sects that believe in God. Probably the most numerous/famous are: Christianity, Islam, Sikhism, and Judaism.
According to the percentage of population, the three largest religious groups are Christianity, Islam and Hinduism. If "traditional" religions are included (such as ancestor worship etc.) then this would probably come in second on the list.
Both religions believe in God.
Actually there are more similarities among catholics and Muslims that one could think of. I would like to point out some: 1. Allah (God) Most people think Allah is a completely different God from the one that catholics believe in. But it is the same God, just the name "Allah" is the Arabic word for "God" in English as it is "Dios" in spanish. 2. Jesus and the Virgin Mary Muslims do believe in Jesus and in the Virgin Mary, the only difference is that for Muslims Jesus is not Gods son (God cannot be related with any human), he is a prophet. 3. Makkah and The Holy See These are places where most of the members of these two religions attend with spiritual means. I could mention many more, but to finish there is one, probably the most important one: We Muslims believe in One God as the catholics do.
Simplistically then: Judaism believes God is One as the 'shema' says in Deuteronomy 6:4 Christians believe God is One currently with 2 Divine members (see John 10:30) Islam believes God is solely One and needs no other member, son, partner - only Allah.
Allah knws:)
Muslim or Musalman. Anyhow, followers of many other religions believe in Almighty God (Allah in Arabic).
The religion of Islam
Oneness of God - Almighty Allah- Islam
Muslims believe in the same God that Christians and Jew believe in but call him Allah. The difference in these religions stems from how they view God to be, how to worship him and how to interpret Jesus, the Trinity etc.
Followers of both religions do not believe in the Same God (Allah in Arabic). They both believe in Abraham as one of the Greatest prophets.
No. Muslims worship Allah and Christians worship Jesus. Muslims believe that Jesus is a messenger of Allah but Christians believe Jesus is both the son of God and God himself.
Allah is "the Deity" in Arabic language and is worshiped by Muslims. Non-Muslims worship "the Deity" and name Him differently in their own languages. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Christians aren't non-muslims, they believe in the same God - but call him Jehova/Yahweh so they do believe in Allah. Jews aren't non-muslims, they believe in the same God - but call him Elohim so they do believe in Allah.
In my opinion the first Kalma is the affirmation of believe ('faith') in the Oneness of Allah as the sole Creator to be worshiped and also that Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) is the Prophet and Messenger of Allah. Kalma: * La ilaha illa Allah Muhammad-r-Rasul Lllah. * There is none worthy of worship except Allah. Muhammad is Messenger of ALLAH. This is, in my opinion your (as a Muslim) Citizenship Passport or National ID that sets you apart from other Nationalities! Not just to recite but to truly believe it!! * For example not all religions (Nationalities) believe that Allah alone deserves to be worshiped without partners or associates. * Also not all religions (Nationalities) believe that Muhammad (S.A.W) is a Prophet of God.
I have no idea what you are talking about. Does WHO believe in Allah?
I believe that is defined as ' A group of people who believe in many religions and/or believe all religions are equally true.
I believe that is defined as ' A group of people who believe in many religions and/or believe all religions are equally true.
Yes, because Allah is the Arabic name for God which is used by Arabs both Muslims & Christians as the two religions (Islam & Christianity) teach to believe in the Almighty God & worship Him.
