If your looking for an apartment go to www.Craigslist.org under your city in PA. I would say live at home as long as you can. Consider these questions; Do you own your car? Do you have vehicle insurance? Do you have health insurance? Do you have a cell phone? Can you pay gas/electric heat? Do you buy groceries? Do you pay for cable and or internet? I am 20 and pay for all of that myself, well since I was 19, and it sucks.
