This depends on your country, Some countries in Europe have M levels from as low as 16 years of age to 21 years of age. In Muslim Countries it would be illegal. but in general the accepted age to watch a movie of M is 18

At least over 13+. There is very mild swearing such as 'Bitxxch', 'Slaxxpper.', and sometimes 'Shxxit.'. Real life problems happen in Eastenders that may upset some viewers, so if you're really sensitive then I think you shouldn't watch, because something upsetting or bad always happens in Eastenders! Nothing ever good goes right! And thats what makes Eastenders such an interesting show. I personally think age isn't that much of a problem as long as you're mature and you understand real life/adult situations then it's okay for you to watch Eastenders! I hope I helped.
