I am H4 Visa holder & I wish to work in US. I have two years of experience in India in Java and C++, I need some suggestions as to how can I start my technology career in USA & get employed I am sending resumes but facing rejection mostly, please suggest?

H4 visa is basically a dependent visa and given to spouse or children to all of H visa holders like H1B, H1B1, H2A, H2B and H3. The validity and status of H4 is directly related to the primary H visa holder. There are certain restrictions though tied to H4 visa holders like their ability to work, get social security number etc. You can only work if you have EAD (Employment Authorization Document) and until then you can only apply to jobs and may be find a good camp for your training in IT field.
Once you get your EAD you have an unrestricted work authorization which means you are not limited to specific employer and can even be a self employed. Looking for a job on your own is difficult because job market in US is rough and most big companies don’t even prefer hiring immigrants unless you are really competent and have a solid background. But I think joining a boot camp could be a good option for you because they teach you exactly what you need to get a job.
Why a camp? Because to get a job in US as an immigrant, you need to have amazing skills and good network that you cannot develop on your own. Boot camps have solid network that help you get hired easily post completing your course. I can give you some recommendations of good places like:
