Unless you are paying back payments, I am not aware of anyplace that requires child support after the age of 21 or college graduation. I'd consult an attorney right away.
Depends. Legal age of emancipation, for child support purposes, is 21 in MS. Meaning that you are obligated to pay child support until the child reaches 21. Exceptions do apply such as, the child getting married or moving out on his/her own, not maintaining a full time student status or joins the military full time before the age of 21, then child support, by order of the courts, can possibly be stopped.
As long as the child can support himself or herself, and the parent is consenting, there is no problem.
Only the courts can forgive unpaid support. And only that not owed the state directly due to the mother being on Welfare at some point.
now that you are married to the father of your child he doesn't pay child support but pays no gives more money to support yours and his child and running the household. good luck
No. He can sign over his rights but he would still be liable to pay child support. The only time he doesn't have to pay child support is if a stepdad wanted to adopt the child, then the biological father doesn't have to pay child support if he signs his rights away.
yes of course, she may be getting married for the second time but he still needs to support her.
The SSI shouldn't have been stopped, which isn't attachable for child support anyway, but she has no claim against you. see link
If she is married, no. If she is unmarried, yes.

see link below
No, marriage emancipates her.
Generally no, but it may require a motion to modify the support. See related links for additional info.
Yes, but if she gets married then you don't have to.
You can use for child support, but not for getting you pregnant.
I think she can, than go after him for support once she moves, she is the bread winner
Every state honors child support orders. The original support order would stipulate when the support is to end.
Being married does not automatically stop child support. Child support is a legal obligation that exists to ensure the well-being of the child. It is determined based on factors such as custody arrangements, the income of both parents, and the needs of the child. Marriage alone does not release a parent from their financial responsibility towards their child.
