It would depend on where they were. We see the top of the atmosphere so they couldn't be weighed there. They could be weighed on the postulated rocky core, but no-one knows how big that might be. The "surface" gravity, as normally defined for Jupiter, is about 2.5 times that of Earth. So the person would weigh about 250 pounds. That's not an exact answer, because that depends on the exact definition. Also, you would be in the upper atmosphere, not standing on a solid surface.
