If you have been emancipated you can. If you haven't, technically you cannot be adopted at seventeen without consent from them. Also, you're parents cannot kick you out at seventeen. It is illegal to do so until you are eighteen. You should look up emancipation if you have not already, it is when you can legally make your own choices in life and legally move out and pretty much be considered an adult before you turn eighteen. Hope this answers your question pretty well. If not, I hope it provided some insight into different options you may choose. Stay safe and make the right decisions!

only if your custodial parent signs over there parental rights to your friends parents or if your friend is over the age of 18 and you parent signs over there rights to them and a judge signs the consent form, then yes but if you move in with your friends without being 18 or older( a legal adult) with out your parents premission your parent could put you into juvenile corrections until you 18 and if the friend your moving in with is 18 or over your parents can press criminal charges against them for aiding a run away and they would tied and adult because legally that is what they are.
I havent personally.. but ive been looking around for a holiday for me and my friends, in and out of the UK, and i cannot find a single hotel, caravan or campsite that will take a group of 16 year olds in the UK... But most places abroad will accept anyone aged 16 or over as long as they have parental consent.
I just bought a knife at Wal Mart, and you have to be at least 16 years old, and you will need to show ID. To clarify, most places of business require you to be an adult of legal age of consent to purchase. Many times this is not a Law but a policy or a zoning requirement for the business. 18 years old is considered to be the age of consent nationwide for many things like voting but there is no age requirement to carry a knife in the state laws.
Actually, they're more like adopted siblings. You see when people die and go to the soul society, they are separated from the ones they love. Who ever Toshiro had was separated from him when he died and appeared in the soul society as in infant. An old lady adopted him and had already adopted a young girl who is Momo. So Momo and "Granny" are not really related to Toshiro.
It is not illegal. Actually, it depends on where you live, but currently, in the USA, the lowest age of consent for most states, is 18 years old, but there are a few states which the age of consent is 16. Basically, what they did was in fact illegal, no matter what state you might be in. Look up Age of Consent Laws for your state, to get a better answer. :)
No
Other than a friends bedroom…I would say nowhere. Unless you have parental consent. If you wait until you are 18, then you can get it done without parental consent.
Your friends will not get in trouble because they're 18, but you will get in legal trouble for leaving the sate without parental consent for 3-4 days because you're a minor.
Yes but both her and them better be aware of that they are responsible for everything she does. She is not emancipated.
They can if you have permission from your parents. Otherwise, you will have to wait until you are an adult, which is usually 18.
Technically, not without their permission. Until you are an adult, they determine where you may live.
Regulations are there for a reason, no professional will pierce anyone with out proper ID or parental consent because it's against the bylaws for the area you live in. Don't mess around with your friends safety, get the piercing done right. Contact your local body piercing studios and check on the age requirements for your area.
If it's possible to get one when you're 14, I can't think of any reason why you couldn't get one at 13. However, parental consent would definitely be needed.
No, the legal age without parental permission is 18. You'll just have to hold out those last 2 months!
i hope so. i dont like my parents that adopted me and i wanna get adopted from my friends mom
To stay in the same room as friends where you of course need parental consent to be in that room as you need their consent for everything else, no it's not illegal. If staying in the same hotel room is a euphemism for having sex - then it is illegal since age of consent is 18 in Oregon with no close in age exemptions.
If you are under age the person need to be your parent, sorry older friends or family won't cut it. Parental consent is required with documented proof of relationship.
