You will then experience some wierd things and you will be at the Sinjoh Ruins. Exit and follow the hiker. When you are at the cabin put all your Pokemon except for Arceus in the PC. Talk to Cinthia. Then go back to the Sinjoh Ruins. Talk to Cinthia again and you will have the choice of getting Dialga, Palkia, or Giratina.

you can but its a waste of time unless you use the action replay to get the azure flute to get arceus

First off, your technically still in mount coronet when your at spear pillar, so you can't fly. And second of all, you exit spear pillar the way you came and go back into mount coronet (the way that you came into spear pillar). If you have an escape rope, I'd recommend using it.

Arceus is in the hall of origins directly above spear pillar you will need the azelf flute(event item) to make the stair case appear that leads to arceus(not easy to get)You had to get Arceus in an event. The event already ended so maybe you can get some codes.(I don't know any codes) Or you can trade with someone else who has Arceus. Then you can get to The Ruins of Alph and get Palkia, Dialga, or Girantina with Adament orb. Then you can trade back(unless you're keeping it)

go back to spear pillar (where you battle palkia/dialga) and step on a symbol in front of the entrance you wil be asked to blow the azure flute select yes and stairs will appear go through that stairs and you will find arceus good luck (I still have a master ball so I am lucky)
How do you leave spear pillar?
To leave spear pillar all you have to do is go inside mt. corenet then use an escape rope if you cant then just go through back to the beginning or you might be able to fly i forget.
