OK, I lived near Monroe Louisiana, and when I was 17 (less) then a year ago I left home and the cops came and got me , my mom asked them in front of me. " AIf she leaves again can I call you and you'll go get her and I would like you to put her in Jail for the night." They told her "If she leaves again there is nothing that we can do about it, the 1st time we get her is for you two to work out your differences the second time we can't do or say anything.
