As per the reports since 1960's.....US Air Force has always considered Indian Air Force Pilots as the best skilled pilots all over the world.
IAF lacks just because of Technology....and thats the reason which makes USAF superior.
Now, if we talk about Pakistan Air Force, it has been rated as the 76th ranking in the skilled pilots. Also mostly they buys USAF Retired Jets which are of no use.
Comparing IAF and PAF.....India is achieveing much greater heights as India has projected for latest tech. demands with Russian Defence Corp.
India is having : Sukhoi 30 MKI which is much much much better than the jets PAF is having.
Also, PAF is ordering Chengdu Fighter jets from China.....but before Chengdu's introducing in PAF.....India has ordered for the best of the best
PAKFA : Sukhoi T-50 (Russian-Indian Project) for 5G Fighter jets which would be comparable to much higher with F-35 of USAF.
Therefore.....if we compare the final analysis....Indian Air Force is heading much better than Pakistan Air Force.
