Ew, if Sasuke wanted to 'restore' would be neither of those. They're both inadequate. If he had to choose someone to 'restore his clan' then it would be someone with a powerful and prostegious bloodline. Example: Hinata Hyuuga.
Atleast Hinata is somewhat tolerable.
But I suppose if he had to choose out of the two (Karin and Sakura) I hope it would be Sakura because she's in Konoha with Naruto. And personally I think Sasuke should man up and go home. The big baby.
