The project to revive the 1960s TV series The Wild Wild West is currently on hiatus ans there;s little interest by CBS to bring the series back to TV .(I hope that they do because I'm a big fan of the series .)

But Christopher Nolan, the man behind the new Batman franchise, said that there will be no Robin in any of his Batman films, and Christian Bale, who plays Bruce Wayne/Batman, actually confirmed that in one of his interviews. The explanation is that this series of Batman movies describes the beginnings of Batman and that Robin is still too young to take on his role next to the Caped Crusader.
