Some will say yes, parents can take away the gift to the offspring. some will say know. My opinion, when you offer someone a gift, you relinquish possession of the gift. Once given, then it's no longer yours.

Do the children from The Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe have parents?

Yes, I think so. I don't have the book at hand, but if I remember correctly, the children were sent away by their parents to the professor's home, for their protection. The book takes place during World War II, and the kids are English. At that time, Great Britain and especially London was under heavy bombing by the Nazis, so a lot of parents sent their children away someplace safer.

Should children be allowed to divorce their parents?

I just wanted to add that a marriage is a legal contract entered into by two parties. A divorce is a cancelling of that contract. With children, there is no legal contract between them and their parents. Children are under the control and responsibility of their parents until they become adults and until such times, they are not even allowed to enter into legally binding contracts. So since you are not in a contract, there is no way to break it. The only way is to prove to the courts that you are abused. If this is the case, tell someone - a teacher would be a good place to start. If parents are not suitable to bring their children up there are other ways for the children to be taken away and taken into court custody and eventually put into foster care. What you are thinking about is "emancipation" and in some cases yes, a child can emancipate from their parents, but it's up to a court of law. No. There are other remedies.

Can a father abduct his 2 children without the consent of the mother and take the 2 children out of state and not return them?

you can't abduct children legally. They are also the mothers therefore the husband can't take the kids away from her unless they have gone to court and they have set up an agreement.

Actually, its 14. as long as your living with some one over the age of 18. (guardian) if your living with a guardian you can leave as early as 14, you might have some trouble if your parents want you back but you can legally get away with it.

Where do parents hide things?

Parents will usually hide things in places their children are not supposed to go. For instance, the most common place is their bedroom closet in places where children can't reach. Parents may also hide things away in an attic or may not even hide things in the house at all.

Why does hard working good parents are the ones most likely to have their children taken away but abusive parents keeps their children and gets away with things majaroity of the times?

A lot of the time there is a lack of evidence of abuse, so children end of staying with abusive parents, sometimes with devastating results. Also, false claims of sexual, emotional, and physical abuse can cause children to be taken away from great parents.

When should parents take away their children's pacifier?

They should take it away when there in preschool

My wife and I adopted 2 girls from Fla in 2007 The parents terminated their parental rights. The adoption was completed legally in the courts. Can they now have the adoption reverse?

The parents no. Their rights are taken away. They have no say in what happens to those children. They are not their parents anymore. The courts can only if they find a reason why you are unfit. If not then no. The parents can sue for custudy as they are the biological parents but living conditions, why the parents gave them up to begin with all these questions will be asked. Utimately it is what is best for the children. $$$
