I have a 1969 dime from the Bahamas found out it is a fabulous find on rarity but is only worth face value.
The Courtship of Eddie's Father - 1969 Any Friend of Dad's 1-10 was released on: USA: 19 November 1969
It is not at all clear how a leaf has any bearing on the value of the LCM.
proton or electron
The Gallieno Imperatore 218-268 coin does not appear to have any significant value. It is actually a commemorative Italian token, not an ancient coin.
It's currently worth about $3.00
If it has any wear at all the value is for the silver only about $1.00. A uncirculated 1942 dime is about $2.50
Cleaning reduces the value of any coin.
Nothing. There is no such thing. The most silver any dime has is 90%. This is most likely what you have.
If you have a 1940 Roosevelt dime it is fake. The Roosevelt dime was not produced by the US Mint until 1946.
All US dimes have the word LIBERTY on them. A 1960 dime is a Roosevelt dime and all are very common. As of 8-27-11, if it has any wear the value is for the silver, about $3.00.
If it has any wear at all the value is just for the silver about $2.00.
The US Mint did produce any dimes in 1819.
Assuming it's a circulation coin, a modern date would be unlikely to have any collector value. At current exchange rates, XCD 0.25 translates to a bit less than a U.S. dime.
The US dime produced in 1807 was known as a "Draped Bust" dime, and would not be mistaken for an Indian head. In fact, I am not aware of any US dime that could be referred to as an "Indian head" dime.
It seem there no answer to the question that ask " missing number " I have a missing number on non-silver dime with large date that read " 196-" so it either 1968 or 1969 . any comment who have one of them .
A 1951 Roosevelt dime is common. If it has ANY wear, the value is only for the silver, about 2 dollars.
If it has any wear at all, the value is just for the silver about $1.80.
