You either have a bad battery, or your alternator is bad. What is the age of the battery? Most last about two years. I would put a trickle charger on the battery for 24 hours, then see if your battery has charged. If not the battery is bad, and need replacement. If it does, you need to replace the alternator. When I had to have my Cub worked on, the local JOHN DEERe dealer did the work. They should be able to help. Jason Check this sight for how to test charging system: http://bit.ly/15nV9m dbost

Car is slow to crank over?

A slow crank on start up is typically a sign of a weak or bad battery. Have your battery tested at a local auto parts store and replaced it if it is determined to be bad. Cold weather can also cause an engine to crank slowly. If the engine consistently starts when cold, even if it cranks slowly, you should be fine, however, you may want to eventually get a battery with more cold cranking amps (CCA).

Riding cub cadet will not start new battery?

If your Cub Cadet won't start despite having a new battery, there are several potential issues to consider. Check the battery connections to ensure they are tight and free of corrosion. Additionally, inspect the ignition switch, fuses, and safety features (like the seat switch or brake pedal) to ensure they are functioning properly. If everything seems fine, the problem might lie with the starter or solenoid.

Why want your 95 Chevrolet caprice crank?

If your 1995 Chevrolet Caprice won't crank, it could be due to several issues such as a dead battery, faulty starter, or problems with the ignition system. First, check the battery connections and voltage; a weak battery is a common culprit. If the battery is fine, inspect the starter and wiring for any faults. Additionally, ensure that the ignition switch is functioning properly, as it can also prevent the vehicle from cranking.
