You should replace Luxray with a better pokémon, if you can't, teach it Iron Tail to have a better type coverage against the pokémon of the Elite 4.

I would get a Fire Pokemon just in case. You could get Ponyta, Rapidash, or Flareon (you can get this by using a Fire Stone on an Eevee). You can't get Chimchar (evolves into Monferno, then Infernape) because you only get it at the beginning of the game where you can choose from Turtwig (evolves into Grotle and then Torterra) or Piplup (evolves into Prinplup, then Empoleon.)
