Should Minors go to Jail

i think minor should go to jail. Because they think if they do bad stuff they think they are not going to go to jail because their under age and they think yhe law can't take them to jail because their still little kids.

i kind of think that it deppends on if the crime he did was bad enough- also, it also depends on what the punishment is, it knida also depends on the judge and jury (if the crime is bad enough-it depends on the opinion of the parents/legal gaurdian.)

not unless your 9 because kids under age 8 should'n't be arrested for a crime.

it really depends on the crime. if you have robbed, most likely not. at least for the first time. but if you've killed someone, you'll go to the juvy. the juvy is juvenile prison or in other words, kid jail.

well I think no if you steal money as in my school there was one case our princpal only suspend him,but if they do things against the law such as smoking they will go to jail.

that answer is not true. it depends on where you live. in Chicago, 11-12 is the age that a juvenile can be encarcerated, but not before that.
