There are two reasons for the president of the Poketch company not to give you the map marker app. The first reason is that you do not have at least three Sinnoh region gym badges. The president of the Poketch company gives away watch applications, but only at intervals. These intervals are when you win gym badges. This way, you cannot get all of the applicatins until you (at least) defeat the Snowpint City Gym. The second reason could be that you already have the map marker application. Search through your Poketch. This particular app settles closely to the last few apps of the watch. It looks like a simple plan of Sinnoh with little breaks were the routes start and end. If you have encountered Cresselia or Mesprit, wait for a while and a small image will appear on the map telling you where that Pokemon is. This app can be confused wth the berry locator app, so make sure it is the right one.
