The Mughal Empire was established by Zahir-ud-din Muhammad Babur, a descendant of Timur and Genghis Khan, in 1526, which lasted until 1857. The Mughals introduced the use of artillery in war. Akbar the Great and Shah Jahan, the builder of Taj Mahal, were the most popular rulers of the Mughal dynasty. Aurangzeb was the last powerful Mughal Emperor and Bahadur Shah Zafar was the last ruler of the Mughal dynasty.

The Mughal court was the area of the royal palace were Emperors would meet noble men, political figures, etc... to discuss political matters and other every day aspects of life in the Mughal Empire (1526-1761).

Mughals didnt just have 1 emperor they had several different ones

Emperor- 1526-1530Babur- 1530-1539,Humayun- 1556-1605Akbar- 1605-1627Jahangir- 1628-1658Shah Jahan- 1658-1707Aurangzeb

Akbar became emperor at the age of 13 when his dad died

Shah Jahan is famous because he built the Taj Mahal for his wife who died during child birth
