depending on the person it may be never. we all make wrong decisions in our lives no matter how wise or brilliant we may be. it is all a process of growth and development. for example, we choose a wrong partner and we learn a lot from the bad experience. we eat too much and we feel sick. there is the law of concequence that teaches us and it seems that we need to test the waters every time. it is our nature to want what is exciting, what we cannot have, or just to be lazy when we know what is right (not to mention trying to avoid confrontation or consequence). these things will make is do wrong just to either keep the peace or avoid the pain of something that is better for us. it gets better over time, but for some who are stuborn, it never develops. i have seen though that people brought up in stable and loving environments more often cloose right, but it is never perfect and in some cases there is a bad apple also. hope this helps . . .

What age do young people know right from wrong?

This happens early in life. By the time a child is 2-3 years old they know the difference of right from wrong. At this age impulse control is not well developed so they do things that go against knowing right from wrong, but they do know it is wrong.

Is trying kids as adults wrong?

In court, I believe that it is very much wrong. A kid doesn't have as much experience as an adult in the world, and kids' brains are still developing (until the age of 25), so common sense hasn't completely developed in the kids' brains. Adults' common sense has been fully developed, therefore, they should know what is right and wrong. A punishment should be harsher to an adult than to a kid or child.
