This enables them to avoid the worst of Canadian Healthcare and yet get the best of Canadian healthcare. Access to the USA health system is a benefit of our healthcare.

This means seeing a doctor for any issue without extra costs. In the USA every doctor visit must be paid for even if you do not have insurance.
