Pretty much nothing. They are in tonally different times, many centuries apart, different countries, different continents and different ethnicities. There is a Roman influence in Canada,but that is through the influence the Romans have had on western culture.

Italy and the United Kingdom are both located in the same continent.

Also, both countries are avid soccer fans. Italy was on the Allies side in WWI for a while, and the UK has always been a part of the Allies.

Very little things similar in the cultures. Many Italians have a siesta time each day and close shops and restaurants until the late afternoon. Dinner occurs in Italy around 9 PM and people go out until the late evening. The Catholic Church is similar in each country, but in the United States it is more informal. To visit a church in Italy there is a dress code even for tourists. Both countries now have fast foods, but Pizza is different in Italy. People are expected to say hello to a shop keeper in Italy and be more polite in general. Italy has an ancient history and compared to them the United States is a baby with only 200 years of history.
