I'm sorry to say, there is only a 1 in 8,125 chance of finding any shiny pokemon. The chances of finding specifically a shiny Munchlax are even slimmer. You'll just have to keep slathering that honey on the trees until you're lucky enough to find one. You could also look for one on the GTS, or you could use an Action Replay to hack one, but I don't reccommend that.
