Adam has just come in to warn Orlando to get out of the house he is in because his brother Oliver plans to kill him by burning it down while Orlando sleeps. Orlando says that's all very well but he has no means of support; he might run away but he'd soon starve to death unless he became a thief or beggar, and that he refuses to do; "I rather will subject me to the malice of a diverted blood and bloody brother", that is, he'd rather face Oliver murdering him. Oliver is the "bloody brother" who plans to kill Orlando. His blood is "diverted" from its natural course; brothers are supposed to help and stand up for each other not try to kill each other.
Fortunately this is a comedy and Adam offers his life savings as a means of sustenance, which persuades Orlando not to stay and be immolated.
