In episode 78, Uryu obtains an artifact that allows him to temporarily regain his Quincy powers to fight the Bounts, also known as vampires, while they are in the Soul Society. in episode 112, he decides to regain his powers by agreeing with his father to never associate with a Shinigami, Soul Reaper, ever again. In episode 126, after reaching his final level of exhaustion from trying to Dodge Ryuken's, his father's, arrows, Ryuken shoots Uryu with an arrow from a spiritual bow 19 millimeters to the right of uryu's heart, which is the only way for a Quincy to regain his powers. His powers were lost when he used the Quincy's final form which is obtained after breaking the glove to exceed maximum strength. This maximum strength eventually wears off after a few hours after breaking the glove. In episode 142, he finally is actually seen with his Quincy uniform on again, showing that he has truly gained his Quincy powers.

Bleach supposedly ends on episode 310 (current TV Tokyo list shows 312 [subject to change]) when Aizen gets locked up for 20,000 years, Ichigo loses his powers (although when they actually disappear is left vague between 1 day and 1 year) and everyone is happy. Except that it shows more episodes on after. This being the case, no one knows and it could go on forever. Hopefully not. But do keep in mind the Captain's seats are still open, Aizen is immortal, and what the King is was left vague as well. EDIT: Bleach ended on march 27, 2012 it ended when Ichiog killed Ginjo in the Fullbring arc :( Tite Kubo confirmed that it is the last episode. Bleach ends at episode 366 Edit: Bleach is not over, Bleach is still going in the manga. Spoilers: Currently it is the Attack of the Quincy arc.
