What event do you get the Azure Flute in Diamond Pearl or Platinum?

Here is a breakdown on which Nintendo event gives you the chance to retrieve the Azure Flute.

Japan:

Go to a movie theatre and watch the Arceus movie with your Nintendo DS in mysterious gift receive mode. During the film you will receive the Azure Flute.

This event has currently ended.

North America:

There have been no events in the North American region to retrieve the Azure Flute for the capturing of the legendary Arceus. This event won't come to the US until sometime in 2010 (unconfirmed). You have to have Pokemon ranger. Then in platinum, go to the Hearthome Pokemart and then you will see this ranger. Talk to him once, accept his first gift, which is a manaphy egg. Talk to him the second time, and he gives you the AZURE FLUTE.

EU:

There have been no events in the EU region to retrieve the Azure Flute for the capturing of the legendary Arceus.

Australia:

There have been no events in the Australia region to retrieve the Azure Flute for the capturing of the legendary Arceus.

You can get Arceus but through a Nintendo event you have to change the date, it's a specific number that I don't remember that you put on your DS. (unconfirmed)

First, you need to have every Pokemon on the national dex and beat the Pokemon league. Then sometime in 2010 Nintendo will announce the arceus event. On that day put your ds to mystery gift mode an select "receive gift through wi-fi. Then you will receive the Azure Flute.

Go to the Pokémart in Canalave City and a man in green will give it to you.
