The Anglo-Boer War.
The UN was formed in the 1950's. The only war that's ever occurred in South Africa was the Boer War between the Dutch and the British in 1899 to 1902. The British Zulu wars occurred in the 1880's north of South Africa. The only war the UN ever fought was in Korea; other than any operations.

There were 2 Boer wars. The first was 1880 -1881 and the second from 1899-1902.
Yes: The anglo-boer war, basically a war for independence from Britain. South African troops also served as an Ally in the 1st (1914-1918) and 2nd (1939-1945) World Wars. During the 1970's and 1980's South Africa also conducted "war" in South West Africa/ Namibia and in Angola - predominantly against communist backed SWAPO and ANC training camps located in these two neighbouring countries (although South Africa for all intense and purpose occupied SWA/ Namibia for this period).
Their main one was the Boer War (1899-1902) with the UK.
