She would've never met James, Laurent and Victoria and there would've been no tracking in Twilight. Victoria would've never had to build the army in Eclipse because Edward never killed James, so she would've never had to kill Bella. Jacob would've never imprinted on anyone because Bella and Edward would've never gotten married and had Renesmee. However, Jacob wouldn't have been able to tell Bella he's a werewolf because she wasn't his imprinted object. He would've made her guess just like in the series, though.
