During the World War 2 Finland allied with Germany so technically all enemies of Germany, but the countries Finland was in war with were Soviet Union and United Kingdom (even though the UK never carried out it's threaths).

∙ 14y agoRussia is pretty scary neighbour, look up at South-Ossetia war and Chechnya war. It seems that being the neighbour of Russia is not easy sometimes. Also drug trade and human trafficking is lucrative business in Russia and Russian criminals sometimes try to expand their business to Finland or use it as base/crossing point.
