This is a relatively complicated procedure, so try to remember all the steps.

1. Activate the code and start the game (duh)

2. Go to an area where there is grass to find Pokemon in.

3. Press L+R

4. Open your bag. You should have 493 Master Balls in you ITEMS pocket. (make sure you didn't need what it replaced)

5. Toss out a number of Master Balls so that you still have some. The number left will correspond to the number of the Pokemon in the national dex.

6. Exit the bag. Press L. Walk into the grass. The first Pokemon you encounter should be the Pokemon with the number equal to the number of balls you left.

For example, if you want a Mew, you leave 151 balls.
