* Bombay * Delhi * Guwahati * Kanpur * Kharagpur * Madras * Roorkee and six new IITs has come already
at punjab, rajasthan, Indore, Orissa, Patna and Hyderabad

among those IIT MUMBAI is in top and then IIT DELHI and then IIT KANPUR..
apart from these three IIT KANPUR, IIT KHARAGPUR, IIT CHENNAI and IIT GUWAHATI are also a good option..
now Indian Government had opened few more IIT's but as being an IITan id's suggest you to choose the top three..

No. Do not go for the new IITs, better go for NITs or VIT or BITS or other collages that come among India's Top 20. If you are getting in IIT, you must have also cleared entrance to these collages.
