Bantu? They are tribes of (I believe east-ish, and south) Africa. The Zulus are famous for the Anglo-zulu war where they fought the british in South Africa. The two most important event in this war was the battle or rorke's drift (very interesting to read about) The capture of a young Winston Churchill happened in the Boer wars. Churchill was driving a supply train that was ambushed and he dragged multiple wounded companions to safety. Ironically, both Churchill and the soldier who captured him would lead their respective country's and become friends. The Bantu are a people who are not one individual tribe, but a collection of them. Saying Bantu people is like saying "plains Nations" or "Iroquois". The Swahili trade language is derived partially from the over 200 dialects of the bantu language
