The cities of Murmansk and Arkhangelsk are two northern Russian ports in the Barents Sea. These ports were heavily utilized during the North Russia Intervention during the Russian Civil War.
Switzerland is landlocked. It doesn't have any sea ports. But it does have a river port, Basel on the Rhine. From there ships can reach Rotterdam and the North Sea.
