Just for the record...the song was only partially heard in the film as sung by Julie Andrews...and gets interrupted during the film's progress. Un-fortunately, I have only the portion heard in the film...in the Roadshow presentation. I am also looking for a complete recording of the song. The only one I have been able to find is the 45RPM recording of Jackie DeShannon doing the song. Best of luck!
A full recording of the original song as sung by Julie Andrews was never made. However, this is the closest remake you will find: The Wishing Doll - (From Hawaii), Charlie Byrd with Orchestra & Chorus, 1967.
