If you don't know what to do then don't even post an answer... You need action replay/ hacks to get to full moon island.Actually, this retard is wrong. You beat Elite Four, Get National dex, and go to Canalave City. Now, go to the sailors house, talk to the boy in bed, and then talk to the sailor outside. He takes you to Full Moon Island, then you see Cresselia. When you hit a by her, she flies off, leaving a lunar wing in a pokeball thing. then you go to the sailor dude and merry x-mas the kid lives. but that how you get to Full Moon Island.

Talk to it and it will fly away, leaving an item that can wake the boy up. (I forgot what it is) After that the sailor will take you there whenever you want. You can also catch Cresselia.
