Where do you find Spiritomb in Pokemon platinum?

talk to a black belt out side of heart home dont be afraid he wont battle you then he will give you a key stone then go tou routh 209 and youll see a small piller if you put the key stone on then youll havr to go uonder ground and talk t0 over 50 peopel.

Spiritomb can be caught only one way.

Step 1. Obtain an Odd Keystone.

Find it while digging in the Sinnoh Underground

OR

Using the Dowsing Machine in Twinleaf Town.

OR

Talk to an NPC in Hearthome City.

Step 2. 32 Friends. (Or one friend 32 times)

Talk to a friend 32 different times in the Sinnoh Underground, each time must be unique, requiring you to enter/leave your cave for each talk.

Step 4. Spawning Spiritomb.

Take the Odd Keystone to the Tower on Route 209, just below Solaceon Town.

Step 5. Catch Spiritomb.

Use pokeballs ;].

Spiritomb is not available for capture in Pokémon Black or White however you can find one in the Dream World and transfer it over to your game file however you will need a total of 10,000 Dream Points before you can unlock running into it in the Dream World's Spooky Manor area.
